Sachbearbeitung in der Personalabteilung (m/w/d)
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensrichtlinien.
- Ansprechpartner für Abteilungsleiter und Mitarbeiter in allen Belangen.
- Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung.
- Sichtung der Bewerbungen und Durchführung der Bewerbungsgespräche.
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Arbeitszeugnissen.
- Ansprechpartner und Koordination der Auszubildenden.
- Personalcontrolling und Erstellung von Statistiken.
- Bearbeitung der Zeiterfassung.
- Bearbeitung sämtlicher administrativer Vorgänge in Zusammenhang mit der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Aufbereitung von Daten für den Quartals- und Jahresabschluss (Quartalsabrechnung).
- Rückstellungen für Urlaube, Überstunden, Sonderzahlungen sowie für die Berufsgenossenschaft.
- Veranlassung und Organisation von Weiterbildungs- bzw. Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen.
- Koordination zwischen Betriebsrat / Gewerkschaft und Geschäftsführung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, in den Grundzügen der gesetzlichen Kranken- sowie Rentenversicherung – SGB II, III, V und VI und in lohnsteuer- bzw. sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
- Sichere Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen.
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen.
- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion sowie Loyalität und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Vollzeitstelle: 40h/Woche.
- Eingruppierung laut HTV.
